hi all,
i'm top fruiting these dodgy rye berry jars. is it best to bag them or not?also do i wanna keep the topping layer hydrated. i did moisten a bit prior to putting it in. as usual,

Wait for mycelium to push through the top layer and watch for surface conditions (tons of micro beads of water that dont pool).  Mist only as needed to maintain those surface conditions (look in my sigg for the write up about that), not on a schedule
