I wonder if this is a fairly common pheno of nats I had some too. They looked cool, but were way to tiny to clone. You should clone that thing if it gets big enough. Mine

Definatly going to clone it. It's still firm and growing fast. I think it's stalkless.

They just look like metabolite drops to me.

Well this embarrassing.
Remember the shroom I said weighed 4g wet?
Turns out the heavy weight on my triple beam scale was not seated properly . Been so distracted lately! So no idea on the weight.

Getting meaty! It's a little over 3 inches long and 2 1/2 Tall. It's starting to turn color on the top so I think 2 more days till harvest.

And It's done!
50.2 grams wet. The paper weighed a gram. Really meaty I put 3 huge inner tissue chunks to water agar. I felt like it went well. Sooo there are spores, but ridiculously few. Like 3 for every cm of gill edge. I took 7 swabs from the most maturing looking gills and used one right away. Fingers crossed. So if the clone grows out like this I am going to take SmelleyHobbit's suggestion and call them Natalensis hot-springs. Probably going to eat 40g tonight. They are also extremely bitter.

I could only choke back 22g's of the mutant. on a full stomach and probably tripped last around 5 days ago. Took an hour to hit. I felt light sensitive so tripped in the dark. Had great visuals for about 3 hours. Usually if nats are visual for me the visual peak only lasts about 20 minutes. Music sounded extremely clear. No audio distortion. No head spins or intense emotions. I took them at 9 and still have not slept. Went for a ride in the forest to reflect. Things still look extra vibrant.

I found a legit way to fight overlay that works for me. 2 tier clones are fine mostly, pins tear the snow apart and it's working out, but some genetics give thick bulbs and a very thick overlay, which leads to sparce pinning (with a lot of side knots).
So here's my take: I put a piece of plastic, which I take away just about when I can see knots forming. This way overlay is jammed, if present, and the way is clear for a nice first wave. You can see areas which were not covered with a piece of plastic bag:

Maybe it's not groundbreaking, because fruits will cope the snow anyway, though I like more clean look and less snow to harvest afterwards. I know there is a myth that covering with plastic fastens pinning time for cubes and some according hate to that myth, but this tek helps with uncontrollable overlay.
Good luck, gentlemen

Thank you for pushing the envelope. I am not trying to start anything here, but since the concensus seems to be that excessive overlay is genetic why not go back to fresh spores instead of fighting it? I have spores that have been passed all around here that seem to not overlay readily. me.
