Here is my dad's outdoor patch. I just trimmed up underneath them (after the pic). The ones named are the clones I gave him. The other 3 (I think 3) are from seeds I gave him. Zkittlez is one. Idk the others. There are fem seeds and the plants already show signs of being females. The strawberry banana somango is already starting to flower.

Are you planting bag seed? If so, selfed plants will put out basically feminized seeds. If not, you have great luck getting ladies.
@openmind- I'm running a couple mendo twenty20 strains too. Girl crush and the spice. They are looking nice right now, and I have too many plants going too. I need to take a bunch more cuttings and flip more.
@ TCO- KNF/JADAM style ferments are awesome (and potent!)! I made some banana/brown sugar ferment awhile back. It worked well and tasted good too. I made a big batch of OHN and use it more on myself than plants. Inputs you can also eat are the best...not that you can do that with all fertilizer ferments, but...

Looks like it’ll be a nice mix of indica bushes and Sativa monsters. That corn won’t hide them for long
This somango in the middle is having some sort of problem right? It looks way too lime/yellow green to me but I also notoriously go too heavy on the N and have darker leaves so maybe it’s fine. Only 2.5 weeks in so if there’s an issue I don’t want to end up with a sickly plant and small buds since it’s gonna account for like half my harvest.

Yeah aka, I think she's just hungry. Mine does the same. Yellows faster than the others. It's also bigger than the others. Usually more a lime green than the others. Good classic green weed.

So my dad's outdoor plants have some damage from bugs. Under the leaf looked like little white bugs. Mites, aphids, idk. What's are some good ways to protect the plants? I sprayed neem oil on them the other day. It rained since then. So what's some good stuff to use on them?
I'm so afraid I'll bring bugs home Into my indoor garden. I have to shut down for a few days in July for annual inspection. It's bullshit. But it is what it is. I have one tent empty now, but have to clean it still. The other tent is on week 10 flower tomorrow. So it's about done. I took a branch of mimosa evo & sundae punch. Trichomes are all cloudy. Barely any amber yet.
Thx for any advice I'm about to get.

Saw the first caterpillar or bud worm today squiggly around on the top trophy bud. Just applied BT to them all. It kind of stinks, I don't like spraying it on flowers but... I hate bugs.
I noticed something ate a good part of a fan leaf leaving just the vein on a smaller plant in veg mode. I will keep an eye on it.
Sour stomper probably gets harvested this week. I think I see amber crystals on some buds even though there seems to be new white hairs. I will post some close ups tomorrow. Germinated on April 10th I think it was. Double grape probably 2-3 weeks out, then three bears should be about 5 weeks out. Then I have about ten plants all around the same age, just getting going with veg and i'm starting more .
The white flies just emerged today. This morning looking across the yard I saw a ton of them just flying around. If you look at one up close they are funky lookin like they are covered in dust. So far they are not going to the weed plants much.
Potential for hail and high winds with storms tonight. I have some large buckets, mesh tents and boxes ready. I figure i put a rock on top of the bucket to protect it from hail if it looks like its coming. So far we've escaped the bad weather today.

Earlier today I spotted 2 caterpillars wiggling around on the ground near some other old pots I have...
...Last year they devoured my broccoli more so than the autos I had going, but I'm going to be on top of things with BT this time around.
BT...Dr Zymes...and essential oils (rosemary, peppermint, clove, etc) are mostly what I use for defense/battle against insects/pests.

Beautiful flowers you've grown dude!
I just got my cuts/clones potted up earlier today. Re-using the same soil I used last year (peat/coco based), I just gave it a re-charge of sorts by mixing in some Dr.Earth alfalfa/kelp/bone meal/myco & bacteria along with some scoops out of the compost pile that has a lot of spent fungi-substrate mixed in (3 times over the last 2 months). Will do a top dressing or two as they grwo along with some LAB. Will have grass clippings as a top mulch-cover. Also thinking about trying out Nectar for the Gods, small amounts since I feel the soil is pretty rich/hot as it is.

 Lemon Balm
Ginger, garlic and pepper ferment. I've become a fan of the Lemon Balm ferment. Less residue and works great. I've also found bait plants to be fairly effective outdoors. White Flies will go to my White Jasmine about ten feet away 99% of the time over cannabis. Thrips will choose a young apple sappling and of course it's the Pink Lady I've wanted for years.

@Nectar death from the sky. I'm going to check out the JADAMS now. and yeah, some of these even give me a little alcohol buzz lol. The pulp from some of this stuff makes a nice smoothie too. So make full use of it before throwing the rest in a worm or Bokashi bin, or compost heap.

No pictures currently but I’m doing a repo run on fire99 autos and chronic ryder. Also seeding a couple of pet projects. As regular autoflower seeds become more rare I feel a responsibility to preserve lines. I get why breeders sell fems, but it’s absolutely destroying the existence of stable lines.
I’m seeding whole plants, so I should get quite a bit of beans

Because makjng fem seeds is like inbreeding or just cuz it makes regular seeds less prevalent so all the male genes don’t get used often?
Plant breeding still confuses the shit out of me beyond the most basic couple things.
