are these jars bacterial?
    #28372471 - 06/24/23 09:39 AM (1 year, 6 months ago)

hi all,
are these jars bacterial? i've tried to work it out for myself but i'm no expert yet. my feeling is they are not totally clean because the myc is not all regular looking. the myc did look more regular before i shook them all at about 80 pc colonisation, which was earlier this week. they were nocced with agar transfer, which was clean! (happy i've managed that at last!)

anyways, as usual, thanks for any opinion.

No, definitely not. Only expand cultures if you are sure they are clean

If you can do a2a then you should be able to do a2g. It's not really different.
