Stop at pinning stage

Hello everyone!

I have a cake that started to pin, but everytime a pin show itself it become dark and stop growing...
Any advice on why ?

Those pins are aborting. Which can be caused by a lot of factors. Do you have any photos. Its likely your surface conditions are not great, either too dry to support the fruits, or too wet.

It looks very dry to me, did you dunk the cakes in water?

I've dunked it for a night before putting it in fruiting conditions.

I use a humidifier 30min on / 30min off in my garage

No it's not,
The mist of the humidifier is directed on the cake directly.

It doesn't look dry when I touch it.

You need it in a fruiting chamber of some sort. The cake needs slight but constant FAE. And having the humidifier directly misting on the cake is likely causing your pins to abort. Pins dont really like to be misted.

I would put the cake into a small water tub
And only mist it when it looks dry.
