Fruiting while colonising? What to do?

So I have been letting these jars colonise for about a month now. Using the BRF tek. I cant break them apart as its become hard as a rock inside. However two of the jars have started fruiting these really tiny, long mushrooms before it has fully colonised the BR. There doesn't seem to be any sign of contam either.

The yellow highlighted box I drew highlights the box the jars have been colonising in. Its airtight except the cotton filters on the front. Light can penetrate the box so I am not sure if this is the cause of the pinning? The top box with all the digital displays and wires is the fruiting chamber.

I never have found this to be a problem before but perhaps it is? Anyhow, if someone more experienced than myself, could advise me whether to spawn to bulk, or let it colonise longer, I'd appreciate it. Any advice about anything else is also helpful.

Early pinning is usually a sign of contamination; also i believe that large of BRF cakes tend to stall.
Also Dont know what im looking at, on the bottom photo haha 😅😅

Interesting, I cant see any signs of it and its been left alone for a long time. And yes sorry haha, I blur a lot out for privacy reasons. The orange box i drew highlights a plastic box that the jars stand in. The box is translucent so some light can get in. Im not sure if that might be causing some pinning?
Also do you think its worth opening them up now? and trying to spawn them?

Light is not really a big pinning trigger. The biggest pinning trigger is fully colonization of the nutritive media. Your jars don't really need such a contraption in my opinion, just leave them on shelves with ambient light.
I dont know what the best course of action is, if you want to risk it you can try and open it up and cut out the uncolonized parts, but I would personally feel hesitant to do that. Has it stalled?

The fruiting chamber is an old attempt at an automated grow chamber haha. Its no longer automated as it had a couple flaws. And I dont think it has stalled, it is growing, but slowly. I cant break it apart to help it grow faster as it has become rock solid. Id break the jar before I break the contents.
If the mycelium hasn't stalled, wouldn't those mushrooms be re-absorbed into the mycelium?

Side note, I understand the light is to direct your pins on the automated tub, but you have it shining on a solid color lid so the light is only entering through the sides… where there is no liner and it’s clear… That will probably just amply side pinning and actually make the tub worse and do the opposite of its intention

Sorry I dont quite understand, are you referring to the top box or the colonising box (yellow outline)? What should I be doing different with this setup?

The only thing i can imagine is scraping that stuff out with a spoon. These are the worst jars for Pf spawn by far, wide mouth half pints would be standard. The bottom will never fully colonize due to the density of BRF.

Yeah that might be the only option. Theyre terrible for BRF tek but I dont mind them too much. Just a shame they started stalling before full colonising.
