Awesome! Have fun putting it together, it's hella easy. Hardest part id getting everything positioned and the holes drilled in the right place. You are gonna love it, I smile every time I use mine

Yep didn't get to it today but it's definitely easy stuff. Gonna position things with how I wanna use it in front of my flowhood. Probably power coming out the side so it can stand up and the coil facing sideways so it matches how I hold and move my scalpel power button up top so it's easily pressed down.

My pleasure. It's easy to wire, basically attach one wire from the pedal to the 12v+ coming from the power supply and the other wire to the 12v+ on the induction board. You can have both the switch and the pedal.

Super fine mist from this cheap spray gun, I was quite impressed, not bad for a few bucks!

Nothing special, but I finally got proper scalpels in for practicing some precision.

Also threw together a quick pencil case and foam storage box. Where do most people store their scalpels lol?

Should I make my custom "trowel" the same size as the perimeter of the shoeboxes that I have? Not the upper lip where its widest, but further down a few inches at the most, right around where I will compress the bulk substrate & psuedo casing layer to. Are smaller size trowels better for tamping around with, or do you guys think a full size trowel that fits like a glove would work best? I'll even radius the corners for a perfect match.
It would be nice for doing full mono tubs too i'm guessing.. I was going to use a piece of 1/2" thick corian material for the flat solid surface, and add 2 heavy duty metal handles, about 6" apart. Thinking I could push down on it really good that way, all in one mighty press.. Would it be better to split it in half to make 2 trowels (still fitting my shoeboxes), each with a handle, or just keep it one full piece? Any recommendations?
Will be a quick and easy project. I'll post the result soon!

Bunch of 100 ml media bottles for blenderless li.
So what is the difference between blenderless li and sterile water stasis? Is it only size of the container and amount of agar wedge?
