If there is no food for other reasons, there is certainly not enough to go around for a cloning food operation.

why just clone your own body and eat yourself? you bypass a few ethical speed bumps. might create a few more tho.
but if you could clone why not clone a cow?

Someone mentioned already that it is laughably inefficient to clone humans for eating purposes. Please see here. Cloning humans should be reserved for Immortality, Mutant super soldier armies, and sexy slaves.
