 How's my jar looking

It's been five days since I inserted the liquid culture and idk this may be important I mixed the jar 1 hour later after inoculation so it's been around five day and I see no growth and theres some condensation on the top of the jar im new to mycology so someone help me I've got contamination in two other jars that I've thrown away

LC should show growth in a day or two, the LC you used is bad. did you make the lc?

I bought it from a trusted seller who is more experienced then my I used the liquid culture on my own grains (brown rice) and it colonized fast but now it doesn't seem to colonize

Looks like a blurry pic of uncolonized grains.
Couple questions and clarification. You used this LC before with no issues? Was it used on grains prepared the same as this jar? What temperature are the jars at?

I haven't used LC before, but could mixing it 1 hour after inoculation have spread the LC too thin?

Makes sense, I guess that would apply to spore syringe to grain?

Obviously we donโt recommend MSS to grain. Iโll say Iโm a little unsure. It shouldnโt matter because itโll spread both spores and contamination. Regardless if you didnโt theyโd just be localized to that injection spot.

The grains were prepared for me since I was to busy to do it myself, but last time I prepared my grains myself and it worked great but the rice was to wet so it got contaminated, but the jar that was prepared for me the one in the photo so I've already used the liquid cult ure

If you got no growth after 5 days with LC itโs probably bad. There should be quick noticeable growth with LC. The jars and syringe are likely toast so add more if you want but plan on getting new LC or doing things yourself.

Or maybe its just the cold that slowing down growth or maybe it growing but I can't see it because the growths in the middle

Yeah usually spores to grain, you dont want to shake (or dont do it at all), since you want your spores to be all in one area to have more chances of successful germination

So you've got grain that you didn't prepare yourself so you have no idea of moisture content or if it was properly sterilized.
And you've got LC that hasn't been tested on agar and contammed when you used it, so no guarantee it is good.
I mean the only two options i'd think are the grain jar wasn't prepped right or the LC isn't good.
I'd suggest following a tek and ensuring the grains are prepared properly by yourself next time, and learning agar to ensure you are using a viable clean culture.
