Is it more just mass strength? Do you prefer the cube high of this strain over else? Just wondering . I was thinking p.cyan might be the way for extract. Some knowledge would be great though

I just got a kick out of eating a mushroom of “Thai Elephant Dung.” Seems like a proper mushroom to eat.

I want some liberty caps. The grow conditions for the cyans look more ideal though

I've heard some of the smaller species can be more potent, very interested with the elephant dung variety?
Cubes are the only thing in my local but housing developments pushed a lot of them further rural.
Since you can elevate the trip via dose and resistance and RMAOI or lemtek or extract, it's hard to say. I haven't tried other varieties, but certainly different methods of ingestion, and the extract was probably one of the most unique as it occurred within 20 minutes against the usual 2 hours or so.
There are suberiganosis winter species that grow in wood chips too, but they're rather difficult to come across. Amanita Muscaria are also present in pine plantations but I haven't gotten in to those either.
SSRIs can also severely negate the effects of cubes. They just don't do anything if you are using them. Aged and oxidated cubes can also lose their potency by 6 months, even stored airtight.

i've only tried a little lib caps once and they might have felt a little more mystical? more on the psilocybin side maybe. cubes are high in psilocin which i like. i prefer psilocin to psilocybin which is why i do some sort of lemon tek everytime i use them.

I've done tampanensis and cubes.
I wouldn't say either is really "better" but they did seem to feel a little different.
The tamps seemed to have a slightly more LSD/energetic feeling.
Although because of how mushrooms be, it's hard to tell if this was a difference in species/chemicals or just a difference in set/setting or the specific batches I happened to compare.
If you are going for some kind of extraction, IMO cubes would be the best option. They are easier to grow and it doesn't matter how potent they are if you're going to be concentrating them down anyway.

Ever since wavy caps grew in my garden, i never looked back to cubies.
Still want to do a Transkei tub or other African species, but i don't use anymore so i'd likely print them all and donate the prints.

cyan (lignicolous) or cyan (coprophilic) are both good bets for achieving orbit.
libs and azures are also very "medicinal".

Definitely agree with your assessment of tamps. Semperviva/subtropicalis is another amazing experience. I still love the cube body load though
