No kidding. When I was driving around town yesterday I was shocked to see all the old people with their conservative signs and miserable old people-faces. I was totally shocked as I watched almost every one of them stare me down coldly, my mom noticed it too. Damn them and their right-wing christian conservative views.

A lot of people I know were voting strategically and going for liberals. I stuck with it and voted ndp seeing as how it's my first time voting. Tee hee.

My parents always vote to the left. Usually my mother votes NDP and my father Liberal. My dad's mother votes Liberal too. I live with my parents and the neighborhood had gone conservative crazy. My parents put up a big liberal sign and apparently some of the neighbors asked them if I had made them put the sign up. I laughed when my mother told me this and said that she should have told them, "No, we're also reasonable people, like our son."

I usually vote NDP, but I was totally scared into voting liberal....good thing too cuz the election was actually pretty close.  I think we'll be in for some nice scandal and political drama at least

the green party actualy broke the 2% barrier, (they got 4%). This means they will get some funding next election..

It's going to be much more exciting the next year or so for politics...It's a good time for us young people to learn some policies and methods of the goverment. I'm excited

Ya...its good to see younger people getting involved. I got a feeling this minority government isn't going to last very long, so we might be doing this voting thing all over again soon.

I live in Conservative Central, aka Kook-Land, aka Alberta.

It's crazy out here. You could get beat up on election day just because the Cons. figure you look like a pussy.

The Green Party are crazy conservative and their environmental policies are worse than the NDP's. They basically just want to make it so that you have to pay in order to be allowed to pollute. Why are you interested in them?

lol?.environmental issues is what is producing the interest in them.
The major reason I voted for them is oil?..or the fact of getting off oil. I?m sick of seeing the shit that?s happening in the Middle East cause of it.
People in the middle are sitting on something we can learn to live without.
A Green government means a faster turn-on to alternative energy. Witch means not only producing an environment that isn?t choking us to death but also preventing war in the process.

I'm not that interested in them, but I support the leftwinger's, it's good to see some new people getting seats. Canadian politics was getting old, and moldy
