Dosing increase for better benefit

Happy Spring in the Northern Hemisphere....its getting busy in the forest. I finished my first GT grow at a total of 875g of fresh fruit....I dehydrated in my dehydrator and tested higher temps in my oven (175F). The dehydrator only goes up to 157°F. The dehydrator worked much better. I normally use up to 2g once or twice a week just dried..I eat it. For functional activity I get the best results at just under 1g..If Im going to commune with nature I set myself up for a walk in the woods or a seat at the campfire under starlight... I have had such beautiful results with my impulsivity and my ability to just accept things..Im happier and being easier to be around helps my family relationships. My depression (43 yrs) is not as debilitating and I care for myself in a more "reparenting" kind of way. I suffer from PTSD and have a broken body from decades of horrific self abuse and also at the hands of others. Im a recovering alcoholic. Ive been using mushrooms for two years now..and I am grateful that I am not alone in this new world. Now my situation..my question.. I am feeling really tired following lastnights bonfire and stargazing at 3g.. Im tired alot of the time despite still getting the real positive after effects for days following.I feel as if I might be depressed but its more physical, maybe. My aclologic may be messing with me by telling me a hero dose with someone "attending" might help me blow out the clogs...Ive done alot of good work, but my therapist cant help me figure out what to do because we arent "there" yet and shes not educated in that type of therapy. Ive read through the posts and guess Im just curious if theres anyone else who might have moved up on dosing or had a hero dose experience good or bad relating to being stuck mentally/emotionally. Thankyou all so much.

The effects are somewhat random. In general higher doses lead to better and longer lasting results, but risks increase with dose as well. You can end up with better or worse outcomes, or anything inbetween. The experience is very different at high doses, more harrowing, less enjoyable and manageable.
My main advice would be that if a specific dose like 2g seems to work for you, stick with that. If you're willing to roll the dice, then you can try a high dose, but it's a gamble. Sometimes people win when gambling, other times they lose.

Depending on what you're looking for, a "heroic" dose may actually be a step in the right direction. I've come across some pretty profound self-realizations around the 7g mark (dried cubes), but I also discovered what it feels like to really feel the need for an ambulance at around 14g. I wouldn't recommend going that big, ever. Also, check out exotics like p. mexicana & pan. variants. They typically provide a much more vivid experience with less discomfort or side effects, plus you don't have to ingest near the amount that you would of cubes.

Your story background sounds similar to my own. I was similar in that I started in the 2-3g dose range and had great positive results, but still felt stuck. Upping the dose changes the experience. Initially it let me rewatch events from my past as an objective observer (like it was on tv) which really helped me let go and move on. After several experiences, I'm now extremely far from the rock bottom where I was when I started.
When you up the dose set and setting become even more important as you really are just along for the ride. Decide what you want to work on and go for it. The experience still lasts the same length of time, but you won't necessarily perceive it that way, and you might need to just lay down and take the ride.
Bigger doses can be harder experiences, sometimes my physical pain is enhanced. I don't know if going bigger is a gamble and I just won as would be suggested by another poster, but for me I had nothing to lose and now I feel like mentally I'm back from being completely broken.
