No, take less. It's a bit sweeter than sugar.

Since we're on the topic of sugar alternatives, and apologies if this was already mentioned upthread - has anyone heard anything conclusive about monk fruit sweetener yet? I've heard some cautiously optimistic things about it.
I definitely feel way better when I cut or seriously limit refined sugar, but my sweet tooth demands a lil moderation - that said, I prefer the taste of monk fruit sweetener to stevia.

Plants do have feelings too. And they are able to experience pain.
Don't eat them!
Its true! Scientists are finding out they do experience a sort of "pain".

But we should still eat them cause what else would we eat if we dont eat animals too

My car experiences pain whenever I hit the brakes too hard. I can tell by the screeching sound it makes.
It also has a tender spot in the middle of the steering wheel, apparently.

I can't seem to be able to find an appropriate time to say I missed you while I was gone for a year. Hope you're doing well my friend

that made me smile. Yeah absolutely I didn't realize how much I missed everyone until I was researching shrooms cuz I was trying microdosing for depression and I get back on and I was instantly looking for you, niffla, logical,Asante and honestly about 12 more people that really grew to be actual friends that I didn't realize meant so much to me.
I've changed a bit over the years but I remember thinking you were the coolest woman that I "knew" I always imagined you being in some super hip cool city going to like underground restaurants that no one else knew about or some awesome new band that you listened to before it became cool. Honestly my imagination was running wild (not in a dirty way or nothing) and I don't know how close I was but one thing I know forsure is you're cool as fuck. I'm really glad you're still around.

Hahahaha aw, dude, I tried so hard to be so cool and underground throughout my 20s probably to a cringier extent than it came off here, but maybe that's just how I feel looking back at myself Change is good! If you're not changing you're not growing, I hope that you've been well though and that life is treating you alright.
@Gopher - any experience with monkfruit sweetener? Still on the low carb wagon or just limiting refined sugar?
On topic:
Found a vegan lasagna recipe, my grandma immigrated from Palermo and is probably sensing a disturbance in the force right about now, I think it's kinda pretty and creative. https://www.zuckerjagdwurst.com/en/recipes/vegan-rainbow-lasagna

Never tried monk fruit
The xylitol is making me take bathroom runs
I'm going to try neotame next
If I dont like neotame I'm going to try stevia or monk fruit
Not on low carb, with all my spending and saving I need to eat for $40 a week so buying random stuff on sale which is all unhealthy box stuff loaded with empty carbs
Luckily my morning meds reduce appetite so I dont eat much through day, like 1 small thing around 2pm
My night meds makeme munch out so I have a second larger meal at night
I'm trying to lose ten pounds my new overalls I ordered on amazon are a tad tight in the waist just bellow the belly button
Cutting sugar drinks is the first thing I'm trying, but I just fell in love with easy homemade ice tea so I need a sweetener
Justput 2-3 teabags in a 2l pitcher of water, wait 12-24 hours in the fridge, add some bottled lemon and sugar/sweetener

I switched to a mostly plant-based diet out of curiosity a few weeks ago and I have no regrets about it. I still eat small portions of chicken/fish/pork about 3 times a week, but I can do less and be happy I think. No vegetarian or vegan goals, I just want to eat less meat. Aiming to eat less dairy; I still eat butter and yogurt, and I cut way back on cheese but get feta for my fix. I never tried much of the fruity feta cheeses before, but fig feta might be better than sex.
My energy levels are through the roof but I'm also exercising and incorporating many other healthy changes.
I feel alive again!

Dairy is fattening, if I were to cut an animal product it should be dairy
Ever notice milk farmers are like a zillion pounds
Deff was saying oat milk is good, maybe I could put that in my coffee
The good thing about milk though is it fills me up, I could eat like 3 bowls of cereal dry, but only 1 with milk
Maybe next week I'll just get a smaller milk for my friend and get a oat milk for me

I've had oat milk before and it's pretty good. I usually get almond milk because it's cheaper, but I've tried most of the "alternative milks" on the market and most of them aren't bad at all. The exception would be rice milk but I haven't had that since I was 11 or so.
Cashew milk is great, rich and creamy. I like the pea protein milk or whatever it is too. Oat milk is up there, just more pricey than almond milk. I get coconut milk sometimes but mostly use it for smoothies.
I stopped enjoying cow's milk around when I was late teens. It tastes sour to me now even when it's fresh. I still love cheese, but I eat way less now. The only cheese I've had in a month is maybe a couple of ounces of goat's milk feta
