I'd say the spores were good if he got 100% cakes.
How often are you giving air exchanges? That is the most important.

I totalyy agree with clokwork and captainmax, always go in reverse and you will find the problem then you can fix it. it's as easy as that!

Unfortunatly YOU introduced the green shit... trichoderma.
You probably reached in your tank one day and had the mold spores on your hands, arms etc.... perhaps you have pets and gave them some love earlier before reaching in there.
Animals and carpets are the 2 biggest magnets for harboring unwanted nasties to our mushrooms.
Just try and always remember to keep those hands and arm and clothes clean before opening your chamber lid and touching them. And keep the pets away from the growing chambers.

yep that's right I have had that problem but then I make sure I scrub down before working. it's so easy to just go in there and touch them without realizing what your doing. think clean before you stick your grubby paws in the tank. haha

Spores are drfinately fine if they made it that far without turning. In my experience good air circulation is the #1 way to keep green mold at bay. It thrives under high CO2 concentrations.
If you are using peat moss as a casing, either try switching to cow poo or adding in extra lime when you make your casing mix, also sterilize it extra well. Trichoderma apparently thrives on high acid material like peat. In general, Cubes like a slightly basic grow media, while Trichoderma likes it a bit acid. If your mix is a little too far toward the acid side the shrooms will be stunted while the mold has perfect conditions.
