75 Hard

Has anyone completed 75 hard?
I am thinking about doing it. My biggest fear is fitting two workouts in a day.
Anyone succeed?

Its a mental challenge more then workout.
I like the idea of both. Mental and Physical.

There are martial arts that are taxing mentally like Wing Chun, and also provide a decent workout. Various Kung Fu styles like this require almost meditative like states and calm core strength, without being entirely dependant on aggression and power. Because of that people can practice until forever, and never be too old for it.

I'm talking about this because it's a long term solution for health and psychological wellness, rather than a boot camp type personal event that may make you feel great but is ultimately unsustainable.
