125V vs 110V is not concerning... "120V" wall outlets actually range from 110V-125V or so depending on the power supplier.

But want to make sure you're looking at a converter for 110V to 220V, not the other way around. You mentioned 220V to 110V that's the wrong way for you. Maybe it can do step up and down but make sure

Now need to find a good transformer/adapter to 220v :/
I always forget that detail buying electronics from usa.

I have the same sealer.

Kreiger brand is your best bet for voltage transformer.

The sealer cable says 125v and all voltage transformers here are 220v to 110v.
Someone knows if it will work anyways?
thanks.

My kreiger is 110 to 220. Also works for 120 to 240.

Will check my sealer and see if it is same voltage as yours but I think mine was 120

I wrap 'em individually and with microwaveable clingwrap so it doesn't tear as much but the same idea applies

Yeah these things are literally what made me love agar work. Reusable, 100% sterile, 10/10 visibility. Here's some pics of what microwaveable clingwrap looks like after PCing for 20 minutes:

Be sure to completely let the petris and PC cool down. Or they'll suck in dirty air while cooling down outside the PC.

I store them in a tub with some silica gel packets to remove all the excess moisture. Just check 'em once a day if they're dry and take them out!

LOL no! It is my LME agar. LME was not available so I got similar one + the agar I purchased also contribute the look - frankly I don't know how well made LME agar liquid looks like!

YES, that was the first mistake in this hobby!

It should be more clear. Looks like sediment issues or maybe something else is off. I don't think it should look like that though...

Yes lots of sediment :frown:

Once I use it up, I need a good substitute of LME - like corn syrup?
(I hope it's fine, because when I made LC with the cheap LME I have, mycellium ate them up)

Thanks for heads up all!

Just elevate the flow, bottom of the bag doesn't need to be in flow
