That depends on whether the person would have otherwise voted for Kerry.

You would be better off voting for no one at all!

whether you vote for a third party or don't vote at all, the kerry vs. bush score will be the same.

a vote for the green party is a vote for the green party. it's not a vote for bush, or a vote against kerry.

No,a vote for Bush is a vote for Bush. You also automatically assume that people that vote third party would have voted for Kerry.

A Green Vote or Independant Vote is A Vote for George Bush

to be more accurate:

a green vote or independant vote is not a vote for john kerry.

Ive wanted to post about this for a while. While I would love to vote green, and make somewhat of a statement. Every vote does count, and if we did vote the way we wanted, maybe something could happen. But also with that said, every vote does infact count, and I would hate to waste a vote on anyone but Kerry when it could very well be a tight battle.

If Kerry were to win (highly unlikely), this country would take a huge turn for the worse.

Be smart Vote GW in November.

"If Kerry were to win (highly unlikely)"

you act like bush has a big lead in polls. kerry will win by a good sized margin because there is much more fervent anti-bush than pro-bush. they say that elections with an incumbent are more like a referendum on the incumbent than an actual versus battle. most will see that the past four years have not gone particularly well (iraq & economy)

I will agree with you that Iraq has been a tough situation. Unlike many others I expected it to be. The economy however is booming. I work in the mortgage business, and home sales are up big time. When you have imigrants coming here 4 years ago with 3 bucks in there pocket, working hard and buying houses 3 years later, something good is going on. Small business fuels the economy and GWB knows this, hence the tax cuts. It will continue. The further we move from socialism, the better we are.

whos economy... more people are getting morgages but even more are defaulting, greentree/conseco financial is a prime example, they do a 30 year mortgage on a 20 year mobile home... within the first 10 years the place has started falling apart and people would rather suffer the bad credit than try and pay it off... in my area there are a dozen people in this year that have defaulted, many because they no longer have a job....

100% wrong!!!

Most people pay their mortgage. The rate of default is but a small percentile. If most people defaulted, my company would be out of business.

Seriously, you need to do some research before making such an ignorant response.

I'm voting either Green or for someone else. I *Know* my state is going to go democratic, so I might as well help the Greens in an attempt to get funding.

I refuse to vote for Kerry, and I most certainly will not vote for Bush, an embodiment of elitism and slimy things like oil

Actually, I'd like to take the time to encourage you to vote Green, not Kerry, if you know that your state will go democrat.

As for those who will vote bush.. ehhh.. well nevermind them
I think theyd be hard to sway to the Greens, even for a vote

Yes, take a note from the Canadian election, the greens gave at least 10 seats to the conservatives in ridings the NDP would have won if the Greens did not exist.

Of course...we do already have 3 or 4 parties to choose from.
