This song and music video spoke to my soul growing up, even still today...
-------------------- ...Rome wasn't built in a day, but burning it down only took a few...
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us."

I don't know... lots of songs. I guess it depends on what part of my youth Little Respect by Erasure I remember driving, windows down in the sun.

True, many songs for different situations and age transitions for sure! There's definitely ones that are defining and hit deep more than others too.
Erasure is a new one! Ill check it out

This song really spoke to me as a kid. It really resonated with my child innocence and my "pure of heart" personality of the time:

Gotta go with a cheesy ass song, "18 wheeler" by Alabama
Every single dude in my family was a cross country truck driver, so I never got to spend time with them when I was a kid. Calling every night was huge though, and shit going awry every now and again and seeing the news reports of it are all stuff I experienced
I got post cards and magnets of every state though, all 50 magnets are kinda cool on the fridge lol
And I knew all my states and capitals by the age of like 7 but forgot most of em as soon as I started smokin pot
This was the first song/band I actually knew I liked

Heres another one. The first time i heard this song was in the made-for-kids movie called Man of the House, one of my favorite movies as a kid.
