Are those some sort of weird nat? They look like a group of white wizards that know black magic.
-------------------- If you've never grown mushrooms before, here's how you start. First, follow the Updated PF Tek, put 4 holes in jar lids not 1, and use a water tub! The next move is Shoebox Tek. After that you move onto grains, agar, monotubs. Agar is easy, just do it. Other useful links - Picture guide for how things should look and proper surface conditions guide Growing APE or PE? Honestly I don't have the correct words for this situation, so I'm going to quote BakedBeings:

wonder if ppl act like this on...idk...car repair forums
"i filled my oil pan with honey and shot my radiator with a speargun. still wont start but i can tell im getting closer. im sorry you all cant stand a free thinker but experiments are how you get a science"
Yeah, it's usually the noobs not the old timers here saying they did an "experiment" when they did nothing approaching scientific method.
I'm not saying there's no room for improvement, but the basic SAB works better than anything but a flowhood. (a real flowhood, not the box fan with AC filter things).
What I've observed on here is that the basic methods work pretty damn well. When people who like to tinker in their garage add tubes, pumps, fans, atomizers, all that, it usually results in no improvement, and sometimes worse results.
My belief is that the improved SAB shown above is going to suck in more contams than a classic SAB.
I've also noticed that the only people on here who make leaps forward that get adopted: --Have grown a fuck load of canopy tubs using the old methods first. --Understand what you learn in 8th grade science class, that an for an experiment to be valid, it requires a real control, and if it is demonstrating results, those results must be replicateable.
Every time someone says on here or Reddit that they've come up with a brave new plan and changed the shroom world, and I give this rant, they get mad and say I'm blocking progress.
If you want to make progress, you need to show progress in a way that proves progress.
I'm not saying this to be mean, I'm saying it because I'd LOVE to see more actual science and innovation on here. There has been a LOT in the last 20 years, but a lot of times the things announced as a new way aren't a better way.
If it's a better way, prove that it's a better way.
So jackwagon β¦β¦ find the contams after 15 days β¦. Especially in my dust riddled environment. If you can do that then Iβll agree with you. If you canβt β¦. Weβll β¦. Get in line and pound sand.

Aa+
No additional fae beyond the 5 micron filter patch. Xls bags Spawned with 2 qts coir to 3 qts coir/verm and 1qt top layer, both lightly compressed, and then rubber banded when they were mostly colonized.

Glad I could help.
So, the chunky x7x F4 donor for F5 bleeds green, not blue, when cut. And really fast, like 30 seconds it looked like this. I've had it rarely. Sometimes on x7x, never this much though, and I've had it on B+. Anyone else have shrooms turn green, not blue when cut? They're fine, in my experience, it's just not that usual. These also have pinkish spores.

Second flush:

That one's gonna be large for a bottle shroom.

Psilocin degrades green, maybe it's that? There's a variety with red spores (?) and green bruising too. Also low amounts of spores look pink.
