I'm going to share a recipe for a wing sauce that is served at a place I worked at a while back.  People went crazy over this shit.  I use to take 12 of these wings home every night.  It's simple.

Let me first say, we did not measure ingredients in this kitchen.  It was all a pinch of this or that.  The sauce was never prepped beforehand.  When people ordered 12 wings, I would take a clean metal bowl, add 3 ladles of melted butter, two good pinches of minced garlic, plenty of sriracha sauce, and a generous pour of store-bought "cajun seasoning".  Whisk it up, and toss those wings in the bowl!

So here is my approximation of a recipe with measurements in metric, in case that helps anyone.

For 12 wings...

150ml melted butter
50ml minced garlic from a jar
50-75ml sriracha hot sauce
12g grocery store Cajun seasoning

You can tweak this as needed.  You'll probably have a little more sauce than you need(as you should)

We used canned minced garlic, and that's how I've always done it at home.  I bet fresh garlic would be even better.  Also, I don't know if "Cajun" season is a thing outside the US, but it's worth it to order online if you like spicy stuff.  We always used the cheapest brand of seasoning at the bar, and that's still what I use at home.  Get whatever kind you like.

We did this with breaded chicken wings, but it's pretty darn good with any chicken or shrimp.  I do not like bland food.

Edit:  Just to clarify, the best way to serve this sauce is to toss your cooked chicken/shrimp in it while it's still piping hot, and serve immediately.

I like this recipe, simple but lots of flavor. I use a very similar recipe for wings and shrimp...
