Don't have running tubs, pinsets and stuff to show. Just LC, petri dishes and grain jars of semperviva and pancyan. Who wants to see boring pics? (Will upload when arrived home for pic tax sake) Maybe ask the boof-commiting ones to send pics of actual boofing procedure.

Got some other name to change first my friend, and how can you not be the Beef anymore? Even now you got your own Netflix series!

Only things I've found are Coprinellus, Pan foe and Dryad Saddles. Very few actives grow around me and the ones that do are very rare in general

panaelous cyanescens, goliath Injected spores to grain (around two months ago) Then one colonized grain to antibiotic agar Then two transfers agar to agar Then agar wedge to aerated LC And this is LC to grain you see. Clean and fast going.
Semperviva, same route as above. (Except for LC step, it wasn't aerated)

Well .... what do we have here ???

That's right, we have a well colonized 2.5 inch Pan Huesteca substrate that got thrown out into the yard. Why you wonder??? Well ..... The colonized and pasteurized casing got the green. I still have my non-pasteurized 50/50 test tub that I mist and spray every day that still hasn't even grown cobweb mold in 2 months. I'm more and more believing I haven't been doing myself any favors by pasteurizing my 50/50 casing all these decades. My upcoming Pan BVI run will be done in my automated Martha with non-pasteurized casing to test my theory.

I've trained a (photo) clone into a spiral shape for similar effects as mainlining, using a combination of supercropping and ties. But it really wasn't worth the time - I had plenty of space both horizontal and vertical with LED penetration to boot. But it was a fun experiment!

A couple of days after removing the foil from my jars and I've seen a ton of growth, but also the moisture inside the jars seems to have increased. Anything to be concerned about or are these two strains (Tidal Wave / Hillbilly) looking like they may be ready for the dunk/vermiculite and fruiting soon?
