Excellent Film Opportunity
    #2827075 - 06/25/04 08:29 AM (12 years, 5 months ago)

Yesterday a co-worker and I went and saw a benefit screening of a the film Fahrenheit 911 . I am not sure what your personal opinion of is of Michael Moore, but within the first 20 minutes of the show one can see why it won awards at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival. The show is a documentary with a political spin too it, but you will never forgive yourself if you fail to see this very informative film which is tempered with moderate amount of a humor. In my opinion this was an excellent show deserving of any award which it receives I have included a link below to assist you in finding a screening in your area.

I expect some closed minded replies to this message and unless you have attended a screening just the fact you open your mouth in contest shows your level of stupidity.

I'll go see it just because I like to poke holes in anything Michael Moore does for better or for worse.(using "Bowling for Columbine as precedence). I'm sure 50% of it will be truth and 50% of it will be socialist drama. But I refuse to pay money to see it. I'll download it when it becomes available.

The one positive thing I can say about Michael Moore is that "Roger and ME" was a good flick. I know the area and he was pretty dead on.

Just saw Moore's new film. Virtuoso filmmaking at its finest. Much better than Columbine in terms of journalistic integrity and emotional impact.

well, no one did until today, unless you were at Cannes, or had a special journalist pre-screening. But I highly doubt any respectable critic would deem this film "crap", politics aside, its a perfectly crafted film.
