Hi everyone so i decided to try out myco.ca
I ordered 2 set of spore swabs 1 blue meanies(cubes) and 1 monster ape. Everything went well the i get notify by email for the e-transfer send the money 2 min its accepted good then i get the confirmation email and all that good then i get the tracker with was saying it was being delivered in germantown,us and im in canada so i tell myself huh the tracker must be f up what-ever then 3 days later i decide to email them to ask if it was normal i get no reply but 1h layer i get another confirmation e-mail with same product but different tracking number,this one is to my city and half way here im oh they didnt answer but fixed it awesome. Then fast forward i get my package awesome! But uh oh it b+ and monster ape oopsie and by the way really well packaged and all nice spores swabs too but still one was the wrong kind i tell my self no worries ill just email them but no answer i message them on ig i talk to someone i asked if its better to ask about my order here or by email 2 min after he tells me to email as he cant look up anything so i just tell him i got my order but one item is wrong the no answers haven't heard from them since and it kinda pisses me off but i have another side that like im overreacting just dont order from them again you got some spores at least not like it never showed up but still i can get b+ spores way cheaper around here easily that why i didnt pick them. I wouldn't say that you are overreacting, but keep in mind that many fine companies do have shitty customer service.
Honestly, there is not much of a difference between most cube varieties and they may have an internal policy to substitute when needed or maybe they just made a mistake that they see no reason to fix.
If you are happy with the quality of their product otherwise - 2 options. Make spore prints or clones so you don't have to order again, or order again knowing that a mistake may occur.

Blue Meanie and B+ is the same mushroom, a Cube. The made up names on these swaps don't make a difference, no?

You're right might be shitty costumer service i would say some could be less fortunate and not get anything. As there is 100 of vendors i wont go back to them but ill bite the bullet on this one

Well its true that they both cubes but they are different or els why would i be able to pick witch one i want? Those phenotype is what make them different, well i think anyways haha

One period and one exclamation mark in that entire run-on post… makes it retarded difficult to read.

Contact the vendor. If they don't reply contact them again. If they don't reply contact geokills here at the Shroomery and ask him if he can help you contact them.
I would say wait a week to ten days, if they don't get you any response at all, then contact geokills.

Yes you are over-reacting, especially for someone that makes what they write so fuckin hard to read Learn punctuation or make much shorter posts
