Also something to keep in mind some people think we will see a significant drop and potentially longer period of lower trending
The people saying this believe that big money and institutions have been liquidating as retail pumps in, and that this recent run up is driven by retail
And that troubling economics may cause institutions to reconsider investing. But again I can't verify if this is accurate
And potentially the current economic system could be a cause for a rally as far as I'm concerned. But important to consider and keep in mind the potential risk
Currently we still seem to be ranging in the daily and haven't made a break one way or the other. We saw a violent drop on fomc day but was picked up today and are back in the range.

Bitcoin has plateued, as investors take time to digest the fed interest rate policy. The incoming recession will drive home the reality that Americans don't have the self-control to transition to realistic monetary policy. We're addicted to inflation.

I think the fed made it clear he will get us to 2% inflation
The only way that can happen is a recession, right ?

When the cpi data continually shows that we are nowhere near 2%, people will catch on. They will consider buying gold and opt for crypto. The next cpi report is in April 12th. Until then, unless another shoe drops in the financial industry, bitcoin could remain stagnant. Being early to the party is sometimes aggravating. At least I only bought $3,000 in bitcoin so far.

Xlm is probably fine to hold imo
I thought they just announced a partnership or something but I don't really follow along too much with that stuff or with all the news on alts
But based on the chart, unless the entire crypto sector takes a hit, it looks ready to move out and is close to breaking out and reclaiming moving averages it has been trading below for the duration of the bear market

Decidedly in range and hard to trust the weekend action, but it's always nice to see a bounce off of BTC's 8 day EMA. Enkidu noted BTC printed its first close below the 8 dEMA, but I don't see it, just a few intraday wicks below the marker; although this might be different depending on your time zone, as this is a round-the-clock trade that never actually closes.
Anywho, don't get FOMO on the action here. While I would certainly welcome a breakout, the bollinger bands on the leadership's (BTC & ETH) daily charts are very wide. A healthier high base would likely lead to a more sustainable breakout, but that will require more time to allow the 20 dMA to catch up to price (currently at ~$25K BTC and $1675 ETH).

When you consider that this bounce is very significant because it means people don't have much confidence in the federal reserve's ability to reign in inflation, I think it's an indication that there won't be another a pullback before the blastoff.
I primarily am gaging this on the response to monetary policy disclosures from the fed. But your point is valid, if you only pay attention to the chart.

I think a pullback would make sense and be healthy in the sense that people who don't find this price attractive due to it being extended after this magnificent movement and might jump to buy in on a significant pullback say toward 25k, and this would help fuel a new significant move
But that doesn't mean it will happen, could keep ripping

We would need a lot of damage to start looking bearish

Yeah its been trading sideways for the last week
Don't let short term chop illicit emotional responses
*I wouldn't be surprised to see 25k again personally, if we lost that support I might reconsider macro trend direction

Thay was fomc day unless I'm mistaken
The fact it got picked up si quickly and continued to hold the range says there are still people willing to buy at this level
People do trade that but those moves aren't easy to catch. If you're watching the chart and have your levels drawn you can enter and a trade location like that at a range after an extended move and into stronger resistance carries risk to hold
To capitalize off that move you likely need to trade with leverage or use a substantial amount of money and you're taking profit 1 2 3 and are 75% out of your position by the time it's back at the top level of resistance
