I admire you, RGV's but I wonder why you cannot write more informative on the forums about my ongoing lunacy towards godhood.

you get a lot of attention from me, and I get too much attention as it is. some people take it too personally - that's just no good at all.
maybe not psychedelic enough. maybe way too trippy, what do you think?
am I doing a middle road thing?

yes and no. since the idea of god is pervasive, you are pervaded by the idea.

one doesn't "become god". if you were actually god, you wouldn't have to ask this question.
maybe a part of you, your soul, is a part of god.
we are all a part of god i think

And how would you know that?

at least in my idea of god
do you believe that you are the only one who is or is about to become god?

I have not had a serious session with intrusive/racing thoughts since about three days ago.
Maybe I am about to master it. However, I do not want to jinx anything.

Nope - not about to master it. Had a long session today and it was quite brutal.

Today it felt like I was about to get intense racing/intrusive thoughts but they disappeared, just like that.
I have incorporated the breathing technique in my sessions. It is like I am saying/counting it to myself being only slightly aware of it.
We are nearly there. I can feel it.

What is this "everything seems so real"-feeling?
I like to think i am waking up as says my avatar.
I had a similar situation and was told it was a spiritual awakening.

The intensity of it produced a lot of questions for myself. You may be right in the middle of it. What an experience.

is the vertigo from medication, or lack of muscle tone? anyway sounds like progressing in good directions, new reflexes are operating!

Now that is a good question. I have no clue.

Do you think I will ever master the intrusive/racing thoughts?

When we learn about literature we discover that interest is generally developed by conflict, man against man, man against nature, and man against himself.
basically that's life, something interesting always seems to turn up. in this case it is man against nature in himself.
but what you have done is reorient from man against man, and man against himself, and you are working with nature by doing the practice, so this lessens the grief in the conflict when it arises, but some times the conflict will come up, it just seems to go like that, and with the reorientation, it's not so bad as it was.
