anyone know of a program

that will reduce the quality of mp3s...i have a bunch i need to take from 256 to 192 or smaller

I like dbpoweramp a lot. I also use it to rip CDs straight to mp3's and it works pretty well.

I assume easy cd-da extractor can. Thats what i use to rip cd2mp3 and convert flac's too 256 mp3.
