Is it possible it was too moist and not enough ventilation?  Kind of got hotboxed for a day or two in mono tub. Lots of condensation and when I opened I noticed white which turned to this a day or so later.

Have another tub nearby wonder likelihood of contaminating?

No it’s because your spawn was contaminated. How did you get to this point what did you use?

It’s possible it’ll get contaminated just get rid of the green one now and see what happens.

Sterilized grain bag injected with liquid culture from trusted vendor. Sterilized everything. Alc spray.  Bathroom as clean room to transfer to mono tube with boomer bag.  Everything seemed good 2 weeks later opened and addded
Coco. About a week later we had this

AIO grain bag and LC is your issue. Did you test the LC on agar before hand?

Did not… so you think there is no way the contamination could have came in when or after adding the coco?  Why? Would there be not enough nutrients in the coco alone to feed or what?

Coir can contaminate if it’s some low grade super dirty stuff. Chances are you don’t have that. AIO bags and untested LCs is a great way to contaminate from the get go. Until you make your own grain and test LC on agar to rule out them, 100% it’s your bag and LC.
