Its incredibly annoying. Just started a month ago and is getting more frequent. I tried pulling on the lobe, wiggling it, cleaned a billion times. Tilted my head for an hour. Nothing is working. Any ideas other than see a doctor?

If it's been that long I would honestly go see a doctor at this point for help.

Stop fucking with your ears and are you stressed and or do strenuous work? If your upper neck is tight it can run havoc on your ears. Barring that Do the peroxide thing and GENTLY clean a couple times a week. And don't fuck with it and will probably see a change. If it's so bad you feel like you can't hear try getting the "ear syringes" you can buy at the pharmacy they work wonders, fuxk doctors if you can help it, if you do this and don't feel better or are at any time in more pain than just usual discomfort then consult a physician

Sounds like an ear infection. They can take awhile to go away on their own - I've had them last up to two months before they get better. Antibiotics can speed things up if you have the money to see a doctor. I stopped going to the doctor for them because they always prescribe Augmentin and it makes me have debilitating diarrhea. I have a long history of ear issues though, so ymmv.

Nothing dislodges liquid in the ear better than jumping jacks, IMO. But yeah, go see a doctor ASAP, fluid buildup can rupture the eardrum if you ignore it.
Fun story tho: I once thought I had some water in my ear and all the jumping jacks in the world wouldn't help. A few hours later the spider finally decided to crawl out.

Perhaps it's related to seasonal changes? There's lots of pollen coming off of conifers here in Southern California.
Maybe something to do with your eustachian tubes/sinus issues related to pollen this time of year?

(I use hydrogen peroxide once a month to clean out my ears & prevent itching due to wax and dead skin cell build up)
If you want to dry out water in your ears, use an eye dropper, tilt your head, and fill up your ear canal with isopropyl alcohol (70% or 90%). Alcohol evaporates much faster than water, so by replacing the water with alcohol, it vaporizes faster.
Alcohol is used to prevent swimmer's ear. It dries out the ear by replacing the water in the ear with alcohol, which evaporates pretty fast at 98-degree body temperature.
