Is it too late for my spawn bags😬

It's been 3 weeks since I did my multispore inoculation (my first bulk grow, so I had to start with Ms). While most of my brf cakes are looking gorgeous, I only see a quarter sized patch on one of my 8 spawn bags. I just moved them to their own open tub and tried to work any still air out of the patch without actually messing with the grain, and noticed that the grain seems drier than originally. Like the berries were just rolling around. Have they gotten too dry? Should I inject some with sterile water or is it too late for them? Really hoping it's just something simple... Thanks for any feedback, always eager to learn.

This really a question for Mush Cult. But, it is not recommended to use a spore syringe to inocculate a spawn bag. When you inncoculate sterilized grain, you use a clean agar wedge or a clean culture syringe. Otherwise you are just introducing contamination, which will increases the liklihood of failure.
I can't say it is too late for your bags, but set them aside and let them do their thing and hope for the best. Be happy your BRF cakes are doing well, they were designed for using a spore syringe.
