you gotta resize them the pixels are to large. I use a photoshop program to make them smaller.

I used this Kodak program that came with the CD's .....i used one of those throw away camera's at the gathering.

Open the picture in paint.
Click image
click stretch/skew
set Vert and hor. to like 40% (just play around with the settings)
save as .bmp or jpeg.
