I want a vine that I can grow indoors that will grow big and fat, and enormous. Any suggestions?

How about a banisteriopsis caapi vine? You can make tea with or smoke the leaves, and utilize the bark for ayahuasca eventually.

That's what I've been considering. I wonder how long they take to grow, or how difficult they are to grow indoors?

I'd say they aren't any more difficult to grow than any other vine in a good organic soil, I wouldn't plan on it growing especially fast or anything though without the right environment.
Another option would be kiwi vines, some of them can even be tapped for their sap like a maple tree once old enough.

Dragon fruit? How long does it take to produce a dragon fruit? Do they need a lot of light?

Caapi vine like heat and humidity with bright shade or filtered sunlight. Given good growing conditions, they will grow like wildfire.

Yes, and I have no idea about the fruit. I got it back last summer. It was a six inch cutting, and it grew taller than me since then.
They say that most varieties need a mate to make fruit, so I'll know whether or not if mine needs a mate or not, when the time comes. And if not, I'll just enjoy it for the lovely huge blooms!
Mine has done fine indoors. It gets sun through the window, and has been inside since November, but next month it gets re potted, and goes back outside for the summer
