My car was stolen. I reported it to 3 different agencies that it was stolen. NONE of them reported it as a stolen vehicle. NONE Now I am calling back and there is no record of my reports or phone calls. What the fuck do I do. My insurance company want to close the claim and I am left with a storage fee, as my car has been waiting to be repaired. For a month!!!

How is your car waiting on repairs if it was stolen? I feel like there is something you're leaving out of this story.

I condensed the story The car was found 2 hours away. Hence why three different agencies were involved. First agency I called transferred me to another.- no record of that call. The agency that found the car has record of finding it, talking to me etc. My jeep is a manual and when the tow truck driver went to get it he said the brake was burned up and the clutch no longer worked. He towed it to a shop to get the clutch and brakes repaired. it has been there ever since. BUT they want to close the claim because they are stating I did not report it stolen. I reported it THREE TIMES STOLEN There is no record of the call, except the police that found it.

Contact an attorney and ask them for assistance. Otherwise, you'll need to keep calling the police for a copy of the report.
I'm guessing that insurance won't cover the damage costs without a copy of the police report?
Also, install an app on your phone that records phone calls for future record. This way, you can prove that you spoke with the police and that you have a record of reporting it stolen.

Did you call 9/11 or the police station? You should be able to put in a FOIA request for the phone call if they have no records they can release over the counter.

I did to everything, I just got off the phone. No record of my call the day I called in. He said if they are unable to make a report, and they said I could not make a report because I did not have the address it was stolen from (My son had my car. He was in a town an hour away from me.) That they do not record the phone call. I just want to cry.

Call an attorney and schedule a consultation.

Maybe you need to call the police and report it stolen again. Let them know you are calling because insurance needs the report.
