Sure you can. In the top thread in the Contamination forum there are several pictures of it.

Cobweb mold doesn't like light and fresh air, so give it light, fresh air and mist or dunk with a H2O2/H2O mix. Try it, you got nothing to lose.

if some of the casings get cob web mold, the others will get it right? h2o2/h2o mix being sprayed on the mold....will that take care of it?

So if I have cobweb mold showing up in a casing, would it work if I kept taking a lighter, or similar device, like a SMALL torch with a fan attachment and carefully BURN off the cobweb mold, being carefull not to fry to good mycelia?
My mycelia has a much better foothold in the casing, so im not worried about singing some of it.
Ive given it a few showers with H2O2, and even a VERY directed, careful 'surgical" spritzing of alcohol directly on the cobweb...after carefully combing off the cobweb strands...and that seems to be helping a bit, and not killing the mycelia.
If cobweb htes light, which light does it hate the most? would I be doing any harm to mycelia if I focus a fairly bring BLACK LIGHT (Ultraviolate) light on it...maybe for 10 minutes or so?
Anyone tried these teks before?

Please ignore all of the advice above about using H202 to deal with cobweb mold. It's outdated and inaccurate. And please also don't consider burning anything or spraying the substrate with alcohol. If you have mold, your choices are basically to see if you can get a few fruits, but make sure you isolate the grow container from any other grows you are doing, throw the contaminated material out, or bury it outside, if your current weather allows, and see if any fruits come up. Make sure before you do anything that it is in fact cobweb mold, as it's surprisingly common for such contamination to be assumed when in fact it's just mycelium doing it's thing. Some pics would help others to give informed advice here.

If you have to ask, you don't have cobweb. If you had cobweb you'd know it. Your whole tub would be a giant fluff ball within a day

Entirely my bad. I thought I was replying to a more recent comment. Ah well, hopefully the original poster learned something along the way in the last twenty years.

At least the title might lead people to these modern answers. And fiddle's example pic is great.
But I do sometimes wish shroomery had a "sage" feature so I could reply without bumping π
