It looks like RSM (red spider mite) damage that the plant is growing out of. Also looks like it could use some more light.

RSM are a lot smaller than two spot spider mites, you'll probably need a scope to see them if they're in there.

It just looks a little spindly, but maybe it's the pest damage on it, sort of like how black makes people look leaner.

The lime green color of the new growth mostly. It could be a nutrient issue too, or maybe the lighting in the pic is making the colors look off.
