"A Philadelphia outfit who have been much confused over the years with California's Magic Mushroom. Sonny Cassella was not only their producer and manager but played and sang on some of their tracks. In view of previous errors, the long-runing rumour that they have an unreleased LP in some dusty vault should be regarded as pure speculation, until someone can prove otherwise.
Stu Freeman later appeared in the short lived Broadway show 'Hard Job Being God'. Later still he resurfaced, singing with 'Stars on 45'. "

"This Los Angeles band's finest moment was the non-LP Invisible People. It has a catchy organ intro, vocals of some commercial potential and some fine fuzztone guitar work. It's 'B' side, Flash, is more laid back however.
Their album, is viewed by some as orchestral mainstream pop and rather disappointing by comparison. Others, however, think it is absolutely incredible... It features original tunes along with covers by the likes of Lee Michaels (Streetcar) and Tim Buckley (Pleasant Street). One track, written by Buzz Clifford, I See I Am, was also recorded by The East Side Kids on their Tiger And The Lamb (LP) which Clifford produced and contributed his song Pigeon Of LA. Another of Clifford's songs from the LP, Now I Taste The Tears was covered by Beacon Street Union on their Clown Died In Marvin Gardens album. A third, Brother Speed, written by John Boylan, was also recorded by Appletree Theatre, of whom Boylan was also a member. All the Dot singles are taken from the album.
Buzz Clifford was almost certainly the same guy who released the hit novelty pop tune Baby Sittin' Boogie, as well as an album on Columbia in 1961. He also reportedly had a further solo album on Dot in 1969, which included a solo version of I See I Am.
John Bunyan went into management and later became a producer, with Linda Ronstadt and Russ Giguere (who covered his Brother Speed) among his credits.
Invisible People was also covered by The Slickee Boys in 1983. "
