First time cleaning up spores on agar

Hey people, beginner here. Invested in a flow hood and all the equip so i could germinate and clean up spores on agar (instead of just injecting with spore syringe), after a failed all in one bag i bought as a complete noob. Heres my results so far -
most recent one was 3 days ago and the rest where 6 days ago, is it mycelium? if so how long should i wait before isolating and where should i isolate from? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

if these were inoculated from syringe, i read somewhere you can squeeze the shaft of the syringe to push out a tiny drop as opposed to the plunger, but they were talking about LC;
anywayz, this is where I would go with the first image

Wish i knew this a week ago before i shot out 2ccs on the first injection 😂🤦🏼♂️ But yeah thanks would you recommend leaving it to grow a bit longer before isolating or ok to do it now?

IMO, all pretty contaminated with mold, most apparent in the first pic, all the clear shiny stuff on the surface. I would give up on these and try another source. But this is still good practice.

I've heard some say they have transferred away from this but that hasn't been my experience. But can only make you stronger to try.

The translucent growth seems to be bacteria IME(almost all of my cultures have some). Mine doesn't seem to be mold since I've grown from them and don't get mold but do end up getting metabolites in my colonized substrates. Currently cleaning up the translucent growth cultures on water agar and it seems to be working.

I agree, bacteria can be sorta clear, but doesn't look like this on the margins

Fair enough. I'm not particularly experienced with growing yet so take my advice with that in consideration.
If you have the resources why not take transfers and see where it goes along with making new germ plates?

correct me if im wrong but i think this - https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/25207776 is the same thing with the translucent growth? if so the conclusion is that its normal

May I ask why you chose that spot in particular? The colony at around 4:00 looks passable to my inexperienced eye, mainly because it looks like a small version of a healthy plate, whereas the area you circled has...a lot going on.
Also, is your recommendation to only transfer off the first plate and discard the rest?
-------------------- #1 Tek With utmost care and precision,I work to achieve my fungal mission. Sterilizing all my tools and space,to ensure not a single spore is out of place. I carefully select the fungal strain and onto the agar, I make it rain. With a steady hand and gentle touch, I inoculate the plate without a hitch. Success is sweet when it's pure and true, and my agar plates are a testament too. A job well done, with no contamination, my fungi inoculation, a thing of admiration. i just chose that spot cause, on my dirty old screen, it looked the most like 'decent' mycelium at the time (you can kind'a see the lil rhizomorphic threads starting)
if you can, and you feel like it, take a couple transfers from each plate make sure everything grows out clean and then go from there
