Sry for asking questions that surely answered somewehere but after many weeks of headaches im now on the point asking some experts here for a friend of mine.
He cultivated some Cambodia Cubes and the yield were 2 bigger flushes and 1 with less yield due to conti. He moved on to buy some sterilized grain/vermicult spawnbags from a trustful mushroom vendor in the nearth and a b+ syringe from mondo and a trustful vendor from netherlands. after 3 weeks the bags were fully colonized but the mycel looked pretty weird. not fuzzy like before, more dry lookin and webbed. The bags had also little dark purple contis in them before opening the sealing for more FAE and he threw them out. He have vermicult, isopropyl and things for sterile environment, rye, micropore and jars already available and also considering making a LC before iniculate the jars to have a better eye on contis.
Now to the question:
Should he start a monotube from rye/vermicult jars or should he start with verm/rye jars and just throw them into the tube as a fruiting chamber? And will rye and verm will give good results when its used to contaminate before? Im Grateful for every Pro tipp u can give because its a good friend of mine
PS: Pictures of the contis and the first yield can be viewed about my gallery

You can grow it out, but it may be contaminated. Its hard to guess without photos - I wasn't able to find them in your gallery, but even then... presterilized grain are notoriously prone to contamination. Spore syringes to grain are known to contaminate in most cases. Its possible you have mycelium growing in there, just keep in mind.. there is a good chance you've got contams growing in there.
If it is indeed mycelium, dry is good and webbed might be rizomorphic (string like structures) mycelium as opposed to tomentose mycelium (fuzzy).
If you do want to grow them out, correctly hydrated and pasturized coco coir (to field capacity) is good enough, you can mix in verm (and adjust hydration) if you already have it but its not a must. Rye is fine to use as grainspwan, though even if you were lucky this time - you wont want to inoculate grain with a spore syringe, rather you'll want to go from print or spore syringe -> to agar -> to hydrated and sterilized grains
The best bet for your buddy is to buy a pressure cooker, build a still air box, learn agar, learn pf tek (or skip to monotubs).
All the info you need is here on shroomery.
G'luck with your grow ...I mean your buddy's grow.
