I tried to enter into the "WindowsApp" folder but I dont have permission? Not sure what else to do....

Only trustedinstaller has access to that folder, you have to grant yourself permissions.

So i finally tried it and i got stuck on the "Add Object" search Admin name part. Couldnt find my Admin name. So i gave up on it and instead looked at my Start Up Apps. I found a program simply called "Program" and turned it off (wormware?). I restarted my computer but same error message. So i looked closely at the error file name and saw "PDF", "Lab" and "X" in the name. Then i knew it was a PDF reader of some sort. So i went into the "Uninstall Programs" window and found a match! It was a PDF X Reader made by -something- "Lab". I uninstalled it then restarted my PC again and now no error message! I fixed it!

When these situations arrise check out a free software i found around 8 years ago, it will force windows to do what you want.

Its called takeownership. One min on a search engine will fill you in on what, how, why.

I fixed many headeaches with this.

"Windows will never be fixed, you have to fix it."
