Cordyceps militaris jar grow

Hi,
I mixed brown rice and a broth 50:50 by volume and pc'd 60 mins in pp5 jars. Then poured in a lil bit of lc i made from a few ccs out of a syringe from terrestrial fungi and a 2% (i think) maple syrup solution. Then into a light sealed grow tent at 62ish degrees for 10 days. Results look like this

Anyone else do a v-tek type cordy grow? How do these jars look? About an inch of white fuzz cap on most of them, is that normal/good? What happens next, and should i change light cycle/temps? New to cordys and stoked to learn more. Thanks!
