Does anybody know any good methods of making a worm farm for my cannabis garden? Also, on a side note, has anybody ever used biochar in their garden?

Outdoors I would construct a simple side by side bin. Indoors I would want a fancy flow through worm bin. Hopefully you have some decent DIY skills and some power tools.
Biochar is good shit, it acts as a kind of "microbe hotel" for beneficial organisms, provides aeration, and increases the soils cation exchange capacity. Black Owl is a good brand. I wouldn't go over 5% if you're using it in a soil mix though.
Also, you'll want to research the best dynamic accumulators that grow in your area. If you can get a root or crown cutting of the Bocking 14 variety of comfrey, that would be a good one that stays where it is and doesn't spread. Others like horsetail or dandelion can be found all over. When you find them, gather them up and add them to your compost bin. Another good way to use leafy greens from dynamic accumulators is to freeze them, then feed them to your worms.

Awesome! Thanks for the reply man. I think I am going to make a biochar pyrolizer out of some 55 gal steel drums I just got. How should I make my side by side bin? I live in a hot dry area in California, but there are pine trees in my back yard with decent shade and I have a shared patio deck. There is a lot of foxtail that grow where I love. Not sure if those would be good for worms or compost. There's also other plants I'll do research on. There's a lot of brush and almond hullers and horse emanate in my are so I'm going to utilize that. There are asl quarries near me, so maybe cheap or free rock dust hopefully. Hydrafiber is an interest grow medium. I will look up black owl. Thanks yoosername.

I use to have a 250gal shipping container I'd use as compost and a worm bin. Worked well.

There are a number of YouTube channels dedicated to teaching vermiculture techniques. it's an amazing process and I plan getting into it myself one day. There's no better way to regenerate the soil you're working with

Highly recommend biochar. Especially with a compost tea added every week or two
