sleep deprivation

If I was living joyously stress free all the time, 4 hours of sleep 6 days a week. I think many on anti-depress to sleep less. I can't imagine they don't become psychotic and get upped to anti-psychotics. There not crazy they just suffer from insomnia. fomo

Me on the other hand I sleep plenty(closer to depression numbers). For what I've been through, I'm more than fine. It's not like I got a thing for solitaire, I just keep busy and entertained. But yea I assume most would have been outti in my shoes. Do bankers jump off of buildings when shit goes sideways
