Further update...I know they're not perfect and clearly have some mold I think. Lots of fuzz and mild discoloration but they may turn out something.

This being my first grow would it be worth cloning anything once mature? It seems as simple as waiting for veil to break, breaking open a stem, removing a small sample with flame sterilized scalpel and placing in agar, right? Gloves too in SAB.

What is this, The Ritz? We don't need no stinking gloves. But yeah, that's the process, I recommend cloning from a cluster and then using that to produce volume. We use clones primarily to have stable genetics and ensure maximum 
Cloned cultures mature at the same time, and assuming they're from a cluster make canopies.

If you've never grown mushrooms before, here's how you start. First, follow the Updated PF Tek, put 4 holes in jar lids not 1, and use a water tub!
The next move is Shoebox Tek. After that you move onto grains, agar, monotubs. Agar is easy, just do it.

Just thought I'd post a mild update. Second flush has really been slow this go around. I have a feeling I may have dunked too long. I also realize MSS and genetics play a role in that. I may have taken off too much mycelium. Live and learn.
I did add a very light mist today as well.

The coir looks very dry from where I'm sitting. If it looks tan or light brown, that's a problem. It should look dark brown, at least if I had a shoebox that looked that dry I'd mist it till it was dark brown. Like it looks in your last few pics before this.
