Hrm, I find that quite interesting that you prefer G2G's to LC's RR, perhaps I'll have to give G2G's a little more attention. Im still comparativly a noob, but I've come to the conclusion that LC's are faster. I've also had more contams doing G2G's than LC's.
Perhaps I'm not steralizing my grains well enough, and not dispersing the G2G transfers well enough, but in my recent attempts my LC's have trumped my G2G's everytime.
I should also clarify that I'm using Malt Extract LC's, none of that karo stuff. It seems like LC's provide superior coverage on the fresh substrate compared to a G2G (regardless of how well you mix it up). It also seems to take the mycelium a day or two, occasionally three, to recover from being chopped into pieces for a G2G, where the LC seems a bit less traumatized by the enviroment change and able to get on its feet quicker.
In my last attempt my WBS-2-WBS 1 pints took about 18 days to fully colonize and the LC was about 10 days quicker. Another thing I like is that you can make your substrate a bit on the dry side and knock it up with a large amount of LC which speeds up the process a good bit, and i find it a bit easier to make a huge amount of LC compared to a huge amount of Jars for G2G spawns.

RR would you say that g2g colonizes faster than LC? I thought I had heard other wise but I very well could be wrong.

IMO, RR is right...for his circumstances. He also doesn't consider that if you're in a contaminant-laden house, using something like a glovebox rather than open air, or just plain new, G2G is more contaminant prone. You basically have to *try* to screw up LC. Yes, the particles of mycelium are much smaller, and it takes considerably more time, but grain transfers are vulnerable.

Ever see mold in sealed juice?
I'd guess it's pasturized at the factory.

The label on the 100% apple juice container says it's pasturized.
Unfortunately a mold started growing and floating on top of the liquid. Though I will be buying a few more bottles to see if I can do this again correctly using information from the above posts.
Thanks for the help, everyone.

It's not at all easier than using juice. To use the juice you have your sealed bottle of juice, you sterilize the outside of the bottle, put a little bit of silicone on the top side of the bottle to use as a self healing injection port. Flame sterilize your syringe and inject a little liquid culture into the bottle. That's really all you have to do.
