ID request for non PA Melbourne shroom...

Any species suggestions on this shroom from Melbourne ? I can supply any further details required?

Size: 7cm
Substrate: woodchips, under various tree sp. (eucalypts and wattles)
Conditions: found after a couple of days rain and a warmish day or 2
Cap colour: lemon yellow fades to 'cinnamon' at the centre
Cap shape: umbonate
Cap size: 4cm diameter, 2cm tall @ nipple
Cap surface texture: a bit waxy
Gill Attachment: attached, adnate to sinuate
Gill colour: white to light yellow
Stem colour: lemon yellow as for cap
Stem shape: straight to slight kink
Stem morphology etc: rubbery flesh, solid with thin channel running centrally the length of the stem
Stem size: 5cm by 0.6cm
Anulus: yes, remanence thereof
?Root?: bulbous (pluteoid?)
Flesh Bruising: No
Spore-print colour: chocolate brown
Microscopy: Spores appear brown, generated in quadruplets

The shroom growing (pic 1) was left growing, the sectioned one was next to it (same species)? So they?re not the same shroom but they are if you know what I mean?

The spore-print from the shroom in pic 2, cap reconstructed after sectioning of course... in good light it appears chocolate brown on bleached white paper, and comes up a bit lighter-brown on the foil and the green tape (paper-type, not 'gaffa')...

I'm leaning towards it being one of the various Agrocybe species.

From what I see in the photos, it seems to only have more of a ring zone on the stem rather than a persistent ring (is that right?). They have some similarity to Agrocybe praecox, but I wouldn't want to commit to saying that's what they are.
