Need some feedback on this plan, anything you would change or get rid of? Please explain in detail why.

Strikes me as a bit odd that your garage is more or less than same square footage as your living space (I guess you have a second story, it just looks silly big in this first floor view)... other than that, the only other thing I would consider is that you might want a direct entry into the bathroom from the master.

Shop is twice size as house and yes second story. I need shop space more than living space right now and can do add on to living space in future if needed to. Will talk with person doing this plan about door between main bedroom and bathroom. Thank you

Better access to washing facility/bathroom for the grease monkies.

Ditch the open floor plan for the living room/kitchen. Wouldn't recommend putting the second bedroom right next to the master bedroom, unless you want them to hear you fuck, or vice versa.

Laundry room next to a bedroom sucks. Why not put the clothes washer & dryer in the garage? Plenty of space, no noise issues there. Or maybe put them upstairs; given the stairs, there's apparently at least one floor above this?
I disagree on ditching the open plan living room & kitchen. We used to have a separate kitchen in our old house and it sucks when you have guests. It's nice to be able to cook and socialize at the same time.
I'd definitely sacrifice some garage space in return for living space. And does the garage have to be drive through instead of a simple drive in?

Temperature here goes from below freezing to triple digits and always dusty. Laundry room in shop area would have to be climate controlled. Door between main bedroom and bathroom is being looked into.

Pretty decent floorplan
I would change a couple of things thou:

Walk-In Closet
I would switch the Walk-In Closet with the Master Bath then get rid of the doorway in the hallway to the now Walk-In Closet and make an access thru the back or left side (as you walk into the doorway) of the Master Bath to access the Walk-In Closet.
Reason is that I like to have the bathroom connected directly to the Master Bedroom for the convenience of it. And having the Master Bath and Walk-In Closet connected also adds to the convenience. For example, you take a shower, dry off in the Master Bath then you can head directly into the Walk-In Closet without walking down a hallway or having to open a door.
Laundry
I would swap the placement of the Laundry and the Bathroom (Guest Bath).
The reason is laundry machines are pretty loud so I you dont want them near a bedroom. Also, it will make it more convenient for the person sleeping in Bedroom #2 to access the bathroom (guest bath).
The "?" Area
I put a "?" for an area in front of your truck drawing inside your garage. What is that? It kinda looks like another garage door (like the one behind the truck drawing).
Other than that, looks decent!

Did get a door between main bedroom and bathroom by just rearranging bath layout. Yes a pull through garage doors but Depending on cost might not happen. A builder quoted a 40x60 metal building with a 20x40 living space at $385,000. They wanted to charge same price per square feet to do shop area as the living area. Looking like it is going to be built out over a couple of years and with a different contractor. Thanks for the input everyone

I dig your changes to your Master Bath. Looks good
I see you are set on your original plan of the laundry area next to the bedroom. I highly recommend putting heavy insulation like spray foam on the wall between the second bedroom and that laundry room. Id probably add a solid access door to the entrance as well. Those machines are pretty loud and annoying.

First plan did have the half bath and laundry swapped but for ventilation of laundry room it needed to be over there. Easiest solution is to not do laundry late at night or early morning to cause noise. Will put it down in notes to ask builder about sound dampening that wall. Hopefully have official plans in next couple of days and find a piece of land to build on.

I do not. There are a couple of lots open just around 20 minutes outside of town. I might be changing companies soon and if u do I have to provide own work truck. No more than ten years old but do get a vehicle allowance. A used truck with miles below 60-80k is around 29-40k depending on size, drive train , fuel type etc. Buying a lot out right and then a down deposit on a vehicle will completely tap out my savings. Not sure how having two vehicle loans would affect securing a loan to build. My personal vehicle that I have does not meet criteria for work vehicle. First brand new vehicle and attached to it lol. For now hold off on lot purchase until I see happens with work.

The living room seems kinda small, but you could always hang out in the motorhome.
