I agree on the SA from Sporechicks! Raphster sent me one of those prints for $1 and I just cased after 6 days of incubation. Too bad those are gone :( If you are not in a real big hurry you can PM me and I will send you a print in a few weeks.

Go to the Spore Lab for all the cultivation information and spores you'll need. I suggest trying the Aussie strain. My customers have been raving about it.

I'm very impressed with the Mexi Cub that Ryche has. Very easy to grow using the MMGG. Take Ralphsters advice about reading. Growing doesn't always work out as planned, so be prepared.

I would go with The D.B. Kit if you want it as easy as possible. I am still amazed how easy it is compaired to the "P.F. Tech". O.K. now there are cheaper ways then the D.B.. Once you buy alot of stuff the P.F. tech is cheaper over a long period of time. But nothing is as easy as the D.B.. I mean no disrespect to P.F. but with the D.B. there is no pressure cooker needed. No perilite, vermiculite, mixing and no jars either. You just need 2 syringes for the small and 3 syringes for the large. This is the 3rd flush of Thailand Lipa Yai from T.H.E.
This is not my picture it is Ryche Hawk's.

"I mean no disrespect to P.F. but with the D.B. there is no pressure cooker needed" no pressure cooker is needed for PF Tek, either. just setting that straight.

I would suggest using the ShroomWizard's Grow Guide to put the process into perspective. (www.shroomwizard.com) Good luck.

You're right I'm sorry. Once you learn how great grain is tho then you want to use it. I don't hear of too many people steaming grain without a pressure cooker. And now we've got bluehoney just using liquid mycelia and going straight to compost. I don't recall anyone steaming honeywater . I don't think anyone has had much success with PCing birdseed either. But you are correct if you just want to do standard bfr vermiculite you do not need a pressure cooker. Spores The Hawks Eye-Supplies F.P.
