Beat me to it. Lock them up! (Biden, Trump, & Clinton)
All 3 in the same cell might could also make for one hell of a fucked up porno and then some. :vomit:

There is nothing there.

Except it is illegal for the VP to have these documents.
Unlike Trump.

Waiting for these people who make uninformed assumptions tests my patience. So, I'll reply to my own reply.
Basically, what you said about it being illegal for the VP but not for Trump is wrong from both viewpoints.
Viewpoint 1: VP does not have the clearance to have these documents. FALSE.
As noted in the Congressional Research Report (link here) Constitutional Officers do not need a security clearance. So, as VP, Biden had every right to view and have access to those docs.
Viewpoint 2: It's illegal because Biden had them at his home, but not illegal that Trump had them at his home. FALSE.
Again, false because both individuals, once they became private citizens, lost the above linked mandate for their clearances. Both cases are illegal.
Now, I'm sure we'll here the "But, but Trump could declassify them just by thinking about them!" While technically true that the President has that power (the power to declassify via a process, not the power to do so by thought), he's still bound by the process. There is no documentation that he ever declassified the documents that he brought home with him. None. Period. Therefore, it didn't happen.

I worked in human resources at a large-ish university (nearly 30k students) and had to take classes on how to handle sensitive documents to even get the job. After a few years of working there I gained access to all the most sensitive items. You had to go through three doors all with different locks to get to that info. Then when you got into that room the file cabinet was this huge rolling cabinet like 40 feet wide and 50 rows deep, but it was all locked together. You had to have a key to unlock them and open the row you had access to. Then you'd use the crank on that row to roll it, get access, but had to lock it again before you left.
Meanwhile these fuckers are just riding dirty and don't care.

Yeah. I've worked in the government and had access to classified material. The restrictions were onerous to say the least. Plus all the training, background checks, etc.
I guess it's to be expected when you just hand an elected official the ability to access classified docs. Hell, now George Santos has that ability! That's a scary thought.

This stuff happens all the time they just never made it public before because people would start to wonder why we throw the little guys in jail or at least fire them for it and not the elected officials. Then Trump had to cross the line by not only stealing a bunch of documents and refusing to return them he also apparently attempted to declassifiy them telepathically so everyone, including the enemies of the United States, would have access this sensitive information. He's the one who went to the media with it when the FBI raided his house. As far as I know the government was silent about it the entire time he had those documents, I certainly hadn't heard about it.

Rules for thee, not for me.
We would get clapped if anyone of us had classified docs. The reporting and tracking system needs to change.....and even (gasp)accountability.
