I am watching the 50 shades of grey trilogy while doing some work. What could a woman do to raise a man's sexual confidence in the bedroom? While also being able to express her needs. In order to gain a sexual relationship like the one shown on 50 shades. I don't mean cloning the sexual relationship on the film. But a sexual relationship where both are open, satisfied, playful , experimental and allowed to explore the others fantasies.

I have no idea what you are referring to. I would assume you think I am someone I am not.

Take his needs seriously, communicate with him, be respectful. Incidentally, the exact same a man can do for a woman, a man for a man, etc. etc. It ain't rocket science, it just involves stepping one's own shadow some of the time.
Don't take that 50 shades crap seriously; it's a load of bull*. It has fuck all to do with constructive human relationship. And it certainly has fuck all to do with how bdsm tends to work for most people.
