No, not really. Cube spores typically take 5 to 7 days to germinate visibly. Bacteria on grain is pretty much invisible, other than when mycelium responds to it. Mold spores can germinate quickly, but I've also seen it take as long as 10 days on agar after opening a lid before visible mold germination.
Unfortunately, all you can really do on them is wait for now.

I try not to check everyday but its hard not to
One of them is im 99% sure contam and is growing, the rest show no signs of growth of anything.
Imo this could mean maybe the others have a chance? or just wont grow at all.
I forget the name but it looks like cobweb and i know that a go to sign of a certain bacteria the jars have mineral deposits(vinegar next time for sureeee lol) but if you look close you can see the difference in depth.

Alright update update, day 12 and its not looking great. The three that were swapped out after sterilization for sanitized lids have three different things, one shoes no sign of growth, and one shows a cobweb mold, the other a different type of mold. Let me know what yall think they are. The two that had their lids flipped after sterilization have different things happening, one is empty with nothing, the other with possible mycelium growth.
Lets start on the possible high note. To me, this looks like mycelium growth, i dont like the fact it took 12 days but if yall say 10 is average then thats not to far off, the lids were sterilized just flipped after pc'd.

Maybe ill get a jar out after all?
Now on to the bad This is the one that was posted two days ago, ive moved it away from the rest and put it in its own box soon to be properly exposed of. There is a lot of mineral stain on the glass but you can see cob web inside.

Best picture of this imo is this one, you can see the difference in glass mineral deposit and web inside.

On to the other swapped lid this new and different mold is growing here.

So im assuming out of the two i have with zero signs of growth, its safe to assume the swapped lid will soon become mold, and the other MAY grow mycelium? or possible have no growth at all. Now should mycelium i have in this one jar continue to grow, i have the lid on not super tight but relatively tight, just i have it loose or keep it tight or somewhere in between, keep in mind the inner metal inside the ring is upside down, i remember hearing that allows air exchange but i didnt remember if it did on its own or still needed to be lose or tight,

Also just to clarify im not positive any of the above is mold or mycelium, just speculation, im open to opinions and of course hard answers if possible.

If you take pics that are more in focus, we can help you more easily. It's hard to tell what's going on otherwise. Some of the pics, to me, look like mycelial growth but can't be sure without more clarity and probably a few more days.

Its completely in focus, the glass in general, especially the curvature of it distorts the imagine similar to looking under water, into a fish tank ect, the only way i can get better pics is lid off, which for the mold probably could but id rather not open the myc until its stalled or fully colonized.
Everything looks good similar irl except the cobweb it hard to see on its own as its thin and cobwebby but im pretty sure thats a common mold, at the very least def not myc. The biggest issue id say is the mineral deposits making it hard too see but its too late to change that now lol

Two weeks and ive seen no growth in two jars, should i just dump them or leave them be? one of the lid swapped ones has visible moisture in it.

So 3 days since my previous pictures and i believe 2 weeks or so after inoculation. Growth looks good and steady with no visible signs (that i know of at least) of contam. My only thing is that it kind of looks dry? should it be is there anything i can do? maybe try to g2g it or should i just let it rock as its on the right path so far.

also zero growth in the other 2 so far, im starting to think i should just dump them

I would leave them be since they are looking good.
The jars that still aren't doing anything could be dumped. I would say it's been long enough to give up on them. You might smell them before you dump them as long as there is no mold visible. If it's bacterial, you can learn what that smells like and still get as much experience from the process as possible.
