What's your favorite and/or best (in your opinion) version of windows?
I know the list may be limited, so write in any others that you feel may be best.

bi0: I guess I could look into XP, because many people seem to think it's very good. I just might not be completely ready to change my OS yet.

I'm very happy with XP! I've yet to get the dread "Blue Screen O' Death" and I've found it to be very stable and robust. However, having said that, I've heard 2000 is very stable and robust too. Maybe you should just stick with that. Just a friendly suggestion.

and for those who dont like the new format of xp, you can always select the classic format, where the screen would look like the old windows.

Asking which Micro$oft OS is better is kinda like asking which foot you would rather have chopped off...

I personally like gentoo.

It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S.
